I purchased a couple of items, I am satisfied with the quality on the whole. One of the metal bansuris became rusted in a couple of days of purchase. Puja bell is of very good quality. Silver tulsi mala is also good but the smaller beads version does not have an option to open it and put a pendant. Overall, Price is on the higher side as compared to the market, but assured delivery and quick resolution of issues is worth this little extra we pay. Krishna Store is my go to place for anything devotional. In India, Sri Vrndavana dhama is known as storehouse of all devotional items related to Lord Krsna. In USA, Krishna store takes that place. I have been a regular customer of Krishna store. Their service is quick, cost is reasonable (except the shipping cost in some cases). They are also very responsive to customer feedback and complaints. I recently ran into an issue where a duplicate volume of a book set was sent in my order. I read on the Internet that Sri Prabhupada’s books were being slowly given unauthorised changes. So I was in search of the original books. I had seen one or two websites claiming to be publishing the original books. But how will I know, which is the original and what are the changes made, and so I did not take any action presuming that all these are just marketing gimmicks. I then saw the book changes website showing exactly where the changes are made. I checked them with my existing books and sadly discovered that all the books I had were the changed books. Again and again I would type Sri Prabhupada’s book changes to see what are the websites that would come up in google. Then I typed Original Prabhupada books. I went into Prabhupada’s books.com and reached your website. This time I decided to buy few books first and you got my first order. I found the Teachings of Lord Chaitanya and Bhagavadgita Gita to be Originals. Then I confidently gave you my second order and the third order ( yet to come).

Prabhupada deity is very real and designed very intricately! His eye brows, facial expression, eye, Shikha is very very real looking. No details have been left to chance. Tulsi beads around the neck, chanting beads is all very very high quality designed and crafted. Overall loved this a lot.
