Children are so restless by nature! They need to do something all the time. Today's children are known for always complaining that "I'm bored!" Yes. There is definitely something special about children today.

Today children are exposed to too much too soon--too much technology, too much television, to much computer (especially games). Children need a creative and safe outlet for their abundant energies.

The Vedic scriptures tell us that reading and discussing any activity that is related to Lord Krishna elevates one to the transcendental platform. Therefore an activity that tells stories about Lord Krishna's pastimes will serve this purpose and it will also the children's restless minds and bodies.
